Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel an order within a certain period from the date when you placed you order. All items at are manufactured after your order is received and therefore they may be under production due to which they are not shipped immediately. If you cancel the order, we will check with the factory on your order status and inform you if the cancellation is possible or not. There are no assurances about cancellation of your order.

Refunds are made for products only under the following conditions:

  • Products is damaged on receipt during transit
  • Product is defective.
  • Product is incorrect in size/colour/design and there is no replacement available for it.

We cannot take back any products outside these factors as all products are custom made upon receipt of your order. Refunds will be processed as early as possible and will be refunded to the same account through which payments were made, usually within 14 days of the refund being accepted. We don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected] 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

If you received confirmation that your refund request was accepted, the refund will be credited to your account within 14 days.

If it has taken longer than this, please contact support or open a trouble ticket for your issue.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, orders will take anywhere from 7 to 21 days to be delievred. We request you to wait until this period is over.

Within the continental USA: 5- 8 business days

International: 10-20 business days.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. 

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your cadbu account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Please make sure you make any changes to your shipping address before placing your order. We will not be liable for any issues caused by changing your shipping address after the order has been placed.

You can change your shipping address only if you item is not already shipped from the store. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address when placing your order.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Your order will be shipped from the nearest facility to your shipping address.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.

For shippers who provide a tracking ID, you will receive the tracking link in your email so that you can actively track your shipment.

Payments & Security

For your convenience, we have provided a variety of methods for you to make payments. You can use Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay etc. We are constantly working to add more convenient methods of payments.

At this time we are not accepting Cash On Delivery or Bank Transfers as a mode of payment. 

We do not store any banking information on our site. can assure you of the highest security standards to ensure your personal information is safe. All payments on are processed at the processor such as your bank. Therefore you are conducting your transactions at the provider's site to ensure your safety.

Sometimes due to connection issued between the server and the processor or the processor your bank/card provider, the transaction failed to complete and we did not receive the confirmation of a successful payment.

Usually, the money is credited back to your account within 7 working days, but depending on your bank, it could be longer.

You can take the following steps to check on the payment status:

  • Contact your bank or card provider and proivide them the details of the transaction.
  • Email us with the order details and we will check with our payments processor regarding the status of your payment
  • Wait for a week and check if the money was credited back to your account. never asks you to verify your details by any such method. Unless you invoked a verification for any of your information, no other requests of this nature are sent out by

If you receive any unsolicited calls/emails/texts asking for you to verify your account, please do not provide any information and deleted the message immediately.
